Rooms were new, clean, well-furnished, and nicely designed. Fantastic Jacuzzi in the bathroom and another one on the balcony. Convenient location near restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry services. Helpful staff, quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

All good — we loved our stay — food was amazing and HELPFUL staff. Walking distance to brush restaurant & lounge, where you can have lunch. It had a pool for guests too.

I had an excellent experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. They even assisted me in renting a bike, which was hassle-free. The hotel facilities were top-notch and I felt like I was getting my money's worth for a 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated at the north end of Patong Beach away from the crowds and noise. The views from my room and balcony were breathtaking, overlooking the entire Patong Bay. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, although it could use some shade. The room amenities were comfortable and I especially loved the large spa on the balcony. The warm showers were a great bonus too. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.
I can't think of any cons to mention. I had such a positive experience at this hotel that I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

You can quickly get to Patong Beach and the city center. the apartments are spacious, with separate bedrooms, living areas, and modern bathrooms with jacuzzis. the staff offers exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable stay. enjoy great views from the balconies with plunge pools.
Some minor noise disturbances from nearby construction sites can be an inconvenience at times.

Spent Christmas in Phuket and stayed at this place. the beach was just a short taxi ride away, which was convenient. the pool area was quite nice and offered a good view of the surroundings. the rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked well.
The staff was not very helpful. My room had a dirty sofa with stains and a defective safe.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak fluent English. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. We also loved the sea view from our balcony, and the rooftop breakfast was a perfect start to our day. The free shuttle service to the city was a handy feature, and the scooter rental at the hotel was convenient for exploring the area.

The pool area was a good place to relax and enjoy the view. The location was a bit away from the city but still accessible by vehicle. The apartment-style rooms were a nice touch and offered ample space.
The overall experience fell short due to some negative aspects. Our room had stains on the sheets and mattress, and we were charged an exorbitant amount for it upon checkout.
